Our Services Contingency Search There is no fee for this search unless a candidate is placed with the employer. Fees for this service are predetermined with the client. Fees are based upon a percentage of the salary being offered to the candidate. Retained Search gets complete commitment of our consultants until the assignment is completed. This service is for those clients who have shown a commitment to filling the positions through Recruiting Edge, and a commitment to approaching the search as a project to be managed through to completion. The rates are based on the difficulty of the search and the resources necessary to complete the project. Advertisement Search is a service which will free your HR personnel and Managers from hours of advertisement screening. We will take upon us the responsibility for getting a successful advertisement designed and written, releasing of the advertisement, screening and short listing of the resumes received, and coordinating interviews for those candidates which are qualified for your job specifications. Fees are determined based upon the complexity, estimated time, and client expectations. The cost of advertisement design and release is as per actual. Contract Staffing is a service which allows you to maximize your work force flexibility in today’s rapidly changing business environment. You can lower the head count, lower the pay roll and adjust staff levels as workloads change. All you need to do is approve time sheets and pay weekly invoices and let Recruiting Edge handle everything else. Fee is based on the difficulty of the position. If the candidate leaves on his own accord within 60 days of joining, there will be no fee for appropriate replacement, provided the matter is informed to us within a week of the candidate leaving the company. We assume that the client does the final selection of the candidate with care and diligence and hence client takes full responsibility if the services of the candidate are terminated at any stage.
